Title IX also protects men and women from unlawful sexual harassment in school programs and activities. Title IX (Compliance with the Clery Act)

Sexual misconduct can be committed by men or women and it can occur between people of the same or different sex. AEU considers sexual misconduct in any form to be a serious violation of the Christlike conduct expected from all members of its community.
