신학사 (목회 사역 전공) [BAML] 프로그램은 교회와 각종 기독교 및 비기독교 비영리 단체에서 사역하는 리더를 양성하여, 하나님 나라를 위한 다양한 사역을 감당할 수 있도록 준비시키는 과정입니다. 복음과 통전적 신학을 효과적으로 전할 수 있는 사역자를 양성합니다.
본 학위 과정은 100% 온라인 수업이 가능하며 실천적 학습을 위한 실습과정이 포함된 특징이 있습니다. 실습 과정은 학생들이 사역 현장과 직장에서 경쟁력을 갖출 수 있도록 초점이 맞춰져 있습니다. 학교에서 배운 지식이 현장 전문가의 코칭과 멘토링을 통해 구체화 될 것이며, 학생들은 그 속에서 자신의 소명을 발견하고 이를 위한 경험 또한 쌓을 수 있게 될 것입니다.
BAML 프로그램이 제공하는 과목들과 실습프로그램은 역동적인 사역, 문화간 대화 (intercultural dialogue)를 통해 글로벌한 사역을 가능하게 하며, 세계화 시대에 걸맞는 지도자를 양성합니다.

실천적이고 유연한 배움의 현장실천적이고 유연성 있는 현장 강의와 온라인 수업 환경은 사역과 직업 현장에 속해 있는 학생들의 학업을 효과적으로 수행하도록 돕습니다. 본교의 수업 환경은 학생과 교수 간의 소통을 원활하게 하고 사역현장에서 서로 도울 수 있는 공동체를 형성할 수 있도록 합니다.
AEU's BAML 을 취득한 졸업생들은 다음과 같은 부문에서 진로를 찾을 수 있습니다.
