프로그램 개요

AEU (미성대)의 D.Min. 프로그램 (40 Units)은
문화적으로 급속히 변화하고 다양화 되어가는 포스트모던 시대에 교회와 선교 현장의 지도자들이 다양한 컨텍스트에서 그리스도의 제자를 세우는 선교적 리더쉽을 이루어 갈 수 있도록 돕습니다. 모든 프로그램은 cohort로 진행되며, 다음과 같은 전공을 선택할 수 있습니다.

(1) 선교적 교회 리더쉽 (Missional Church Leadership)
(2) 목회 사역과 상담 (Ministry and Counseling)
(3) 멘토링과 코칭 (Mentoring and Coaching)

그 외에 다른 집중 코스들 중 선택하여 학위과정을 마칠 수 있습니다.

• AEU D.Min.과정은on-campus 또는 online집중 강의 중 선택함으로써 개인 학습 목표에 따라 유연성 있게 공부할 수 있습니다.

프로그램의 특징

수업을 위한 준비 (4회)

학기 전, 교수로부터 수업준비를 위한 읽기 과제를 받아 한 주에 하루를 독서하는데 집중합니다. 부여되는 읽기 과제는 목회/선교 사역 현장에서의 실제적 상황들을 통찰력 있게 분석하도록 돕습니다.

주요 수업 (인텐시브) 5(4회)

학생들은 매 학기 1회 인텐시브 수업 (5일, 온라인 또는 캠퍼스)을 수강합니다. 각 주요 수업을 통해 교회와 선교지 현장에서 교회의 “선교적 정체성” (missional identity)을 실천하기 위한 성서적, 신학적, 목회적 기반을 정립하게 될 것입니다.

그룹 프리젠테이션 수업 (4회)

5일간의 인텐시브 수업이 마친 후, 온라인 프리젠테이션 수업이 이어집니다. 이 때 학생들은 연구 페이퍼를 쓰기 위한 준비를 합니다. 이 수업을 통해 학생들은 서로의 프리젠테이션에 대한 피드백을 제공하고, 해당 학기 말까지 20페이지 가량의 연구 페이퍼를 완성합니다.

D.Min. Final Project (1회)

학위과정의 마지막은 DMin Final Project입니다. 본 과정은 학생들의 인생 여정에서 축척된 경험과 하나님의 섭리 가운데 미래 사역을 준비하는 시간입니다. 학위를 마친 모든 학생들은 자신의 연구성과를 책으로 출판하게 될 것입니다.

Requirements
입학 필수요건

1. 입학 신청서 제출
2. 추천서 2부: 목회자 1부, 교수1부
3. 자신의 신앙과 목회 비전을 제시한 에세이
4. 인가된 학부와 M.Div. 과정의 졸업증명서와 성적증명서
5. 2.5 이상의 GPA (GPA가 2.5미만인 경우에 조건부 입학을 요구할 수 있음)
6. 최근 사진 1장
7. 입학금 $100

1) Track I: Missional Church Leadership (40 Units)
This track is designed to help students to cultivate the ability to critically evaluate their ministries from the theological and practical perspectives of the missional Church. In so doing, they are invited to sharpen relevant ministerial and missionary skills so that their ministries can thrive in the diverse contexts of the contemporary postmodern world.

2) Track II: Ministry and Counseling (40 Units)

This track equips students with in-depth academic knowledge as well as a broad array of practical skills in Christian Counseling. To that end, the curriculum is designed to help the students address various problems that face families and individuals in today’s complicated contexts. By taking the courses provided, students are expected to have the competencies to provide their congregation with effective counseling that is biblically-grounded and missionally-oriented.
